Age Requirements

For admission to each grade level students must reach the following ages by December 31 of the year in which they enter Manarah Islamic Academy:

• Pre-school: 3 years
• Pre-Kindergarten: 4 years
• Kindergarten: 5 years
• Incoming first graders must turn 6 by December 31, or have completed kindergarten at another school, and pass our specially tailored academic admission test.
• Incoming students who have completed first grade elsewhere will be placed on the basis of an academic evaluation.

Document Requirements

Parents must submit:

• A completed application form.
• Transcripts from all previous schools.
• Original brith certificate.
• Immunization form.
• Physical examination form.
• Dental examination form.

Tuition and Fees

The tuition for 2009-2010 is:

• Pre-school and Pre-KG: $4500
• KG and up: $4000

There is an additional $100 registration fee. The registration fee and a $500 deposit are required at the time of submitting an application. The tuition can be paid in monthly installments and is pro-rated for those who are admitted during the school year.
