by providinghands-on, real world experiences for the students. Some of our past destinations have included Strawberry Acres Farm, Weller Center for Health Education, Crayola Factory, Da Vinci Science Center, and Wildlands Conservancy.
Parents are always welcome to join to volunteer and enjoy spend
ing the day with their children in such wonderful environment and take pictures and video taping their children happily to add to the sweet memories to remember in the future.
Older grades may have their own field trips that would relate to their curriculum such as watching a play which they might have had in their reading, curriculum, or discussing a topic they have studied in the social studies, science or any other subject. Field trips are events that the students always look forward to and count days for the next field trip they will enjoy. |
